I visited Cuba for the first time in March 2017 and was immediately taken with the cultural richness and generosity of spirit there. The following September I returned to make photographs in Havana. I have spent countless hours walking in cities with my camera. It is always a process of discovery graced by possibility and good fortune. Working in Havana I was met with a more open hearted curiosity than I had typically felt in other cities. A dynamic and exciting personal engagement exists there - an abundance of life spilled everywhere.
